Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please also provide the broken product specification image.

The tracking system does not show any updated progress for too long.
We will process a refund if the tracking has not been updated for more than 15 business days (for orders within the US) and more than 45 days (for international orders).

The package was sent to the wrong address.
If the package has arrived at a location other than the recipient’s address, we will refund it. Or we will replace the item

Please note that in case a forced verification address is entered into our system. We will cancel the order if you don’t change it.

The package was returned to the sender because an invalid address was provided.
We do not offer replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entries.

The package was returned to its sender, but the address was valid and correct.
We will be happy to replace and resend the order that was returned to the sender or refund your order.

The post office reported that the package had been lost in the mail.
We will be happy to replace and resend the order that was lost in the mail or refund your order.

Customs and Taxes
We do not control tax or customs fees. International orders may require customers to pay these fees depending on their country’s policies. Customers are responsible for paying these fees to receive their packages.
We do not offer refunds or replacements if the package is returned because the payment was not made within the given timeframe.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
